When God says, CHOOSE

What would you do if God spoke something like that to you, Choose?

Do you think about it? Or act on it?

As, I sat listening for God to speak to my heart after being before Him. I heard
(Rom. 1:28) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

I could not understand why I kept hearing that scripture. I kept trying to think of something I was doing so bad that He would allow that ( to turn me over to a reprobate mind).

I can still remember as clear as day that evening of 2006 sitting on my bed, thinking about my life and my walk ( so-called) with God. Knowing that my walk could’ve been more serious. I asked Him ( as His word says to do)(Matt 7:7) Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you , and in (Mark.11:24) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

I said to Him, “Lord, I need Your help”….”Tell me how I can be all that I can be for You?” In that very instance, He says “make a choice”, “Me or the sin you’re in?”

So, as I sat there, convicted in my heart and crying, I told Him, “Lord I choose You.”

At that moment I knew what He was talking about.

I kept hearing that scripture over and over in my mind. It was like a light came on that appeared clearer than a noons day…………..(IT’S THE WAY I’M LIVING)…………….(FORNICATION)……..

Yeah, I had the ring, and the man but, not Holy Matrimony.

The union before God was not there , He only seen the sin(Heb 13:4)Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge

(Mark.10:6 -9)But ‘God made them male and female from the beginning of creation. ‘This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one. Since they are no longer two but one, let no one split apart what God has joined together.”

Having already been proposed to in New York City of May 2004, and not knowing when I wanted to be serious enough to say ” I DO”, God made that decision for me a lot faster than I was contemplating.

To make a long beautiful story short, “we did it”, that year of 2006 and in the same month of that Godly chasten(Heb 12:6) For the Lord disciplines those he loves,
and he punishes each one he accepts as his child.

So yes, If we as His children continue in our own way of thinking that, “we know better than Him,” He will allow us to be turned over to a reprobate mind until we realize, “This is not God.”

He’ll be right there where He has always been, with open arms ready to welcome you back to your rightful place ( in Him).

You do not know how happy I was that I did not have to go through being turned over, but I must say that chastening couldn’t have felt any better.

We must always remember that, us being convicted, is to inform us, that we are off course, and need to be aligned, not to make us feel guilty or condemned, but to have another thought. (John. 16:8)And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. (AND) (John. 3:17) For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

From one Jesus lover to another…………I hope you’ll be ready when He tells you to choose (If you haven’t already). Because that time is coming.
