Do you know that you have an enemy and his name is Satan, or the devil?
He’s out looking for those he can devour.(1 Peter 5:8) Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
It’s very important that you know who is out to kill you, steal from you, and destroy you (John. 10:10) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.
How can you defeat something that is trying to take you down? By knowing it’s ways and moves they have planned against you. You seek them out and learn about them as they do you “RIGHT”? This is the World’s way.
As a Believer, all you have to do is cast your cares(1 Peter 5:7)
have on your Armour (Ephesians 6:11-18)and take heed to the Holy Spirits voice when He is leading you. (Psalm 121:7-8)
Your enemy has strategies, plans and plots to come against you.
A lot of people don’t think he is real, or that he won’t come after them… BUT, I am here to tell you that he does exist and he wants you for himself.( Luke 22:31)
He is real and he is the god(small g) of this world (2 Cor. 4:4) Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.
He may be the god of this world today, but is he the one ruling and running your life?
This message is not to put fear in you, but it’s to inform you, and make you aware, that you have haters and it is satan and his army.
But, the good thing about it, is that you have Spiritual victory over satan, if you’re a believer.
We must first stand in the authority God gave us as is quoted in (Eph. 2:6) For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. And, (Eph. 1:21) Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else–not only in this world but also in the world to come.
When we as Christ followers, assume our rightful authority in Jesus, we also discover that the powers and principalities are also under our feet…
And, with confidence we can command satan to leave our presence in Jesus name, and he’ll have to do it.
This is our standing firm in our authority given to us by Him (Jesus)(1 Cor 16:13) Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong.
Speak God’s Word speak His Logos (written word) and His Rhema word (spoken directly from Him to you) if these words are not familiar to you I suggest getting a strong’s concordance to look them up for yourself(2 Tim. 2:15) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Praise and Worship – Praise is a strong weapon against the enemy, take time to read over (2 chron.20).This is the story of Jehoshaphat and how by his prayer/praise he was able to stand against those coming against him. This is the prayer that he prayed:
jehoshaphat’s Prayer (2 Chron 20:6-13)
He prayed, “O LORD, God of our ancestors, you alone are the God who is in heaven. You are ruler of all the kingdoms of the earth. You are powerful and mighty; no one can stand against you! O our God, did you not drive out those who lived in this land when your people Israel arrived? And did you not give this land forever to the descendants of your friend Abraham? Your people settled here and built this Temple to honor your name. They said, ‘Whenever we are faced with any calamity such as war, plague, or famine, we can come to stand in your presence before this Temple where your name is honored. We can cry out to you to save us, and you will hear us and rescue us.’“And now see what the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir are doing. You would not let our ancestors invade those nations when Israel left Egypt, so they went around them and did not destroy them. Now see how they reward us! For they have come to throw us out of your land, which you gave us as an inheritance. O our God, won’t you stop them? We are powerless against this mighty army that is about to attack us. We do not know what to do, but we are looking to you for help.”
As all the men of Judah stood before the LORD with their little ones, wives, and children, the Spirit of the LORD came upon one of the men standing there. His name was Jahaziel son of Zechariah, son of Benaiah, son of Jeiel, son of Mattaniah, a Levite who was a descendant of Asaph.
He said, “Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says: Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. Tomorrow, march out against them. You will find them coming up through the ascent of Ziz at the end of the valley that opens into the wilderness of Jeruel. But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the LORD’s victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the LORD is with you!”
Then King Jehoshaphat bowed low with his face to the ground. And all the people of Judah and Jerusalem did the same, worshiping the LORD. Then the Levites from the clans of Kohath and Korah stood to praise the LORD, the God of Israel, with a very loud shout.
Now, I could go on and on about this Enemy of ours but the point I am trying to make to you is that you have one, and he hates you.
I know that the word “hate” is a very strong word, but it’s the truth.
To guarantee your success over the devil and his ways, you have to know that The Blood Of Jesus Is Real and because of His blood we can always overcome the devil
(Rev. 12:11) And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.
Use the name of Jesus– Demons must bow to the name of Jesus(Acts.16:18) Following after Paul and us, she kept crying out, saying, “These men are bond-servants of the Most High God, who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation.” She continued doing this for many days. But Paul was greatly annoyed, and turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!” And it came out at that very moment.
Yes, we that believe have that kind of power too!!(Phil.2:10) so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father
FaithThis is our protection!!! We as believers must demonstrate faith at all times,when we are faced with satan’s accusations. We must stand firm on God’s Word as our foundation, and in our faith as our weapon.
Faith believes, and should be your rock (unshakable and unmovable).
You have to remember that you have to speak to satan, the same way you speak to anyone else in your life. Just remember to use your back up, and that back up is, IN JESUS NAME.
Be reminded of (Eph. 6:16) In addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

We must daily use our weapons of warfare.
Let’s also remember that this battle is not against flesh and blood (Eph.6:12) For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
