Have you ever heard someone say to you or someone else, “Don’t just sit there and let the devil talk to you, you better talk back”?

Well that is true, the same way you can hear the devil talking to you when he has many things to say (senseless at that) is the same way he can hear you when you speak to him.

You have to open your mouth and redirect those words of defeat he’s trying to infect your mind with, by speaking the word of God out loud back to him.

All he knows how to speak any ways is lies, lies and more lies.
Satan is so much more responsible for the mess that goes on in your life than you give him credit for…

He is a master manipulator and he is not by far your friend.

The same way he hates Father, Son and Holy Spirit (the trinity) is the same way he hates you Believer, Saint, and Obedient servant. (follower of Jesus Christ)
Everyday people’s minds are bombarded with constant thoughts, suspicions, doubt, and fears, that they were given authority over.

While all of these things can cause defeat and destruction in a non-believers life, they are often consumed by more than just one defeat filling their minds daily, which only brings mental combat and a fight they cannot win alone.
Since most fail to identify the battlefield being in their minds, they also fail to identify their foe.

They tend to believe that people, money, and government is the problem, when it’s (Satan)… the one behind the control of it all.

Without taking the last attempt to defend themselves with the word of truth or the choice of reason, they build strongholds in their minds.
Strongholds are areas of thinking not based on truth but lies, and instead of protecting they imprison.

Unless you renew your mind you’re at risk of believing those lies and making decisions based on those deceptions.
Truth only begins in God’s word which says that the truth will set us free………(John 8:31-32) Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Which means you can be free from bondage, sin and all strongholds in your mind, but just looking up truth won’t set you free, you must also believe the truth you’re looking up.
What the truth does is brings light to what’s already inside of you that’s sometimes hard to accept.

A lot of times it’s a painful process to face your deceptions and deal with them.

It’s so easy to allow your past and how you were raised to negatively affect you for the rest of your lives.

Your past may explain the reason for your suffering, but you cannot allow it to be the excuse to remain there in that bondage that you have been given a way of escape from…(1 Corinthians 10:13) There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

You may have some major strongholds in your life that need to be ripped, snatched, and torn down, but let me encourage you by saying this “God is a bondage healer and He is on your side, always has been and always will be.” I

know there is a war going on and your mind is the battlefield, but the good news is that God has won every battle.HALLELUJAH!
Now that’s a reason to celebrate in my book, “Thank you Jesus.”
As we read (Romans 8:5-8)For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
^{Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.} So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

It speaks of war against flesh and Spirit, a spiritual battle rages for control over one’s mind because what you think determines how you’ll behave.
If you want to conquer sinful behaviors you must learn to see yourself as God does as ‘His,’ no longer wanting to be under the mastery of fleshly/ sin, but under spiritual peace in every area.

Because of the Spirit, you have the ability to be more than a conqueror regardless of who you use to be….(Romans 8:37)Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

We all need to be able to recognize the enemy’s lies when he tries to tell us that we are weak, and that we will fail.

That’s the time to fight back with God’s truth, which declares Christ’s Spirit is greater than Satan….(1 John 4:4)Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

We need only to focus our minds on spiritual things so we can learn how to distinguish between what fits correctly as believers and what doesn’t (Philippians 4:8)Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
We also must choose what’s of God (Matthew 5:3-11)Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
^{Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.}
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
^{Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.}
And, disregard whatever’s not Godly….(Galatians 5:19-21)Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

Envying’s, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
As Christians, we are spirit led believers who are more sensitive to His warnings which gives us our strength to be warriors at each battle in our thought life.

The spirit filled life is a life led by the Holy Spirit and is available to all who receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
The reality of it all is, as we place ourselves under the spirit’s control the only way to live it out is by living in the divine power God releases into our life.

Which requires diligence on our part and, to resist all that’s sent our way by the devil for our failure, so we have to maintain our stance in surrender.
What about (Romans 12:1-2)I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
^{And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.}

How amazing is the human mind that was created by God.

Nothing can be compared to its capabilities or creativity, it controls our feelings, thoughts, words, attitude and behavior and who we become and what we achieve are due to how we think, so why not let the one who created us guide our thought process by His word?
Operating with a Christ like mind is being saturated by His Spirit when you allow Him to have authority over your thoughts.

Discernment will lead your life.

God will make you look way deep beyond the surface of who you are for you to view situations as they really are in your life, just so you can see and know the difference between right and wrong and good and better.
The Lord has given us the ability to think right no matter what challenges we may face.

Christ centered thinking must be a choice and must be maintained…

( why)? because if we don’t guard our minds the world’s temptation will find a way to shape them, and mold them, and soon we’ll have fragmented minds.

Fragmented minds that can’t focus on the things that matter most because of the clutter that has clogged it up, with worldly thought, worries, and concerns.
We have to consider what we allow into our minds.

You must ask yourself “Is this helping me to become more like Christ” and who He wants me to become.

Or, is it hindering me becoming more like Christ, and who He wants me to be?
A renewed mind begins with surrendering to the Lord, and only until you give Him full total authority, and control over your thought life, you won’t have the power to clean out the clutter that hinders you from living to the fullest of His will for your life.

It will not be until you yield to Him and get your mind full of His word with reading it, studying it, obeying it, walking it, and talking it, before He’ll transform your life.
Just like (1 cor. 2:12-16) says …The best life you could ever live is the one God your creator has laid out for you.

He has equip us with everything we’ll ever need to become more like Him and to smell more like Him and to accomplish all He has planned for us.

Our thinking is a vital part of the process God has already given the believer, which is the mind of Christ.

It’s now our time to think as He does and to see everything from His perspective.

This ability lines our thoughts up with His thoughts, which is a gift from the moment of Salvation.

However the practice of it is still our responsibility.

When we as babes come to Christ our minds are already pre-programmed from the way we were raised to the advice and opinion of other people about who we are, and are not, and what we can, and can not, accomplish. ( 1 Corinthians 2:12-16)
^{Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.} Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
So, if you are one of those that need deliverance, just ask, seek, and knock, as His word says.

And, before any of this you must be a believer making Jesus the head overseer of your life……….

SALVATION PRAYER

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.
You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen
