The word trials and tribulations can be found all throughout the bible depending on how you look for it. Whether you search under it’s definitions or under the word itself.
Let’s face it God;s ultimate purpose is for us as His children to grow more and more into the image of His Son Jesus , right? (Rom.8:29) Trials and tribulations are designed to help us as His children to reach goals of becoming a clearer image of His son here in this earth.
Can we say Sanc- ti- fi- cation…..yes, so we can be set apart for His purpose and fully fitted to live for His Glory.
Believe it or not – Trials and Tribulations strengthens our faith in God and it develops His character in us.
Even as it states in(Romans 5:3-5) trials (testing) produces perseverance,perseverance character and character hope, and can be brought to face us dead front and center…whether it’s there because of our own doing ,by the devil or allowed because of God.
Let’s face it they are there to mold and shape us for His purpose and our good, for the testing of our faith which does what? Produces endurance which brings about? A perfect result, where we are lacking ABSOLUTELY nothing (emphasis added) sorry, I get carried away sometimes….
We can’t leave out how it also builds wisdom and makes us more humble….right? It teaches us and awakens us to the right things – it is not there or allowed to show up to hurt us but to teach us and to open our eyes to what we have closed them to along the way….remember it is to refine us to His very image. ( read Rom,8:28-29 / Phil. 1;6)
So, there you have it ladies and gents…….trials (proved by testing) and tribulations ( trouble or suffering) is only to make us more like Christ and once we get to that point ( where we are perfect enough for Him) then we can soar through this life walking in the character and being more like His son Jesus…… Remember God is calling you higher to be perfect enough for Him not for you to be judged by other men saying it is impossible because it is not. If Jesus can do it we can to because He has left His example in the Word of God for us to follow and the Holy Spirit to keep us in line.
