A new you saying farewell to that old you…. When your life becomes new and you have been giving a second chance to rise up and become that person you were sent here on earth to be. A new calling (which isn’t new at all) just not yours….A new outlook on who you are and who you’re supposed to be…. A new name that fits your calling. Wow !!! a whole new lease….
Ok, so now what? How do I embrace the new him/ her? How do I walk,how do I talk? ( be reminded of Micah 6:8) and walk as David did, with your head held high(Psalm 3:3)
In spite of his situation God lifted up David’s head and He will yours to..
Also, walk in step with the Holy Spirit – allow Him to lead you…no more leading yourself (Gal 5:25) And, also remember that you were created to walk in relationship with your creator (Gen 3:8) as He once did with Adam and Eve….and as He still does today..
We must remember that walking with God is not just private time in our prayer closet, but that it’s a lifestyle that can only be obtained through Jesus Christ.(Amen)
And, talking is no different, your whole dialect will be renewed ( Zep 3:9)read ( Jam 3:2-12) the Holy Spirit will be there with you to give you words to speak (Luk 12:12) ( Luk 21:15) follow His lead and you will be more than alright…
Ok, so how do you embrace your new name? When God changes your name!! Honey, let me tell you….. it’s an indication that something new has happened or about to happen to that person— New relationships, New character qualities, And, a new phase of life…Come on now, that’s something to celebrate about!!
We can’t forget (Rev 2:17) Hallelujah!!!
Just like in Peter, Jesus seen what He could be because God placed it in him before he was even formed, and He also sees in you what you can be—regardless of what you use to do or, who you use to be. God knows who we are and He loves us just the same. He is not going to leave us the way He found us (Philippians 1:6). ( Amen)
So, embrace your newness…walk in His glory on your life…talk out of that fountain of purity….And, live… I say live….that life of no more bondage, no more chains, that there belongs to your enemy Satan…..
