Who Am I??
I ruin without killing.
I tear down homes.
I break hearts and wreck lives. I destroy marriages and break up friendships.
You find me in the mouth, heart and mind of many.
I distant God and invite the enemy.
You find me in places I do not belong, like church pews and church circles.
I gather strength in numbers. I make my way unending where there is greed, distrust, misery, and dishonesty are well known.
My victims are as numerous as the sand on the beach, and I am far from innocent.
My Name Is Gossip…..(1 Tim.5:13 )
Yes, we are all guilty of it, but when do we say ” ok, if this is sin to God it is sin to me ,and stop doing it?
( prov. 6:16 -19)
Gossip ruins lives and invites the enemy.
Let’s allow the words of our mouths be acceptable in the sight of the Lord (Ps.19:14) and let’s pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ rather than gossip about them.
