Who do you say that Jesus is?
For sure He is the one thing that never changes — yep, that would be Him, Jesus Christ!
He was in the past exactly who He is right now in the present…. and exactly who He will be ( in the future) forever! (Hebrews 13:8 )“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, to day, and for ever.” He is unchangeable…
We should be so thankful that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever more, for all future ages to come because our future generation… those we are amongst right now needs Him as well.
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us (John 1:1).” Remember. The Word was (Jesus) and the Word was (God). They were One…. Jesus explained this in John 10:30. “I and the Father are one.”
I wonder why people think that Jesus’ life began with his birth to Mary in Bethlehem.
That is so not true….He always existed but for Him to dwell in this earth with us and to save us from ” Hell, Death, and the Grave spiritually…… He had to come that way through a human woman, however… He was still God’s Son, is God, and has always been apart of existence whether He was seen or not.
Listen, the Jesus who walked on the water is the same one you talk to in your prayers.
The Jesus who healed the sick is the same Jesus who still has compassion on you and me when we are not feeling well and looking for a healing.
The same Jesus who died on the cross for you and me is the same Jesus who conquered death, hell, and the grave and was resurrected three days later…….
Jesus will never recant His words. He will never reverse His present of unconditional love and grace to us..
As this world gets dangerously worse Jesus will always be the anchor to (us) believers and our safehouse until the end.
Remember this!! He never changes, however He does come to change us (Phil.2:13) For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him…..Now I would call that a Win Win….wouldn’t you?
