FREEDOM!!

Allow Others To Be Free From What They See In You……

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

2 Corinthians 4:3 KJV

If the Good News we preach is hidden behind a veil, it is hidden only from people who are perishing.

2 Corinthians 4:3 NLT

But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden (obscured and covered up with a veil that hinders the knowledge of God), it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing and obscured [only] to those who are spiritually dying and veiled [only] to those who are lost.

2 Corinthians 4:3 Amp.

Okay, so there are 3 different versions of (2 Cor.4:3) Can you tell me for yourself what it means?

The Lord gave us this Great Commission to share His Gospel with others. So if we’re not doing it how are they to believe in Christ and hear His Word?
(Matthew 28:16-20)

The Great Commission

16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

(Matthew 4:19)

“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people

Truth be told all born again believers should have some degree of Apostleship whether given to you or not….

(Ephesians 4:11-16)

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Apostles are hungry to feed on the Word of God and they are just as hungry to feed it to other people, by showing them and teaching them where to find that Bread of Life that feeds and keeps on feeding.

(Job 23:12)Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.
(Luke 12:23)

“For the soul is more important than food, and the body than clothing.”

The most praiseworthy thing you can do in your life is to tell and teach somebody else about Jesus Christ and the Gospel. It’s nothing more compelling than to see someone receiving and accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior, so they can do the same in return and pass it on…
Every God fearing believer has been summoned to go out and preach the Gospel to the whole world, spreading that sweet smelling aroma of Christ that’s on you, to all those who are being saved and to all those perishing.
(2 Corinthians 2:15)Our lives are a Christ-like fragrance rising up to God. But this fragrance is perceived differently by those who are being saved and by those who are perishing.
Knowing that you are the aroma of Christ, you should be running out to go and show those that need Him how awesome it is to live for Him by seeing your walk and hearing your talk…show those who are being saved and those who are perishing what a privilege it is to serve God by serving them with the Word of truth, faith, and hope….
What you need to know is this, you don’t have to be a preacher or minister to get the Word of God out to others, all you need is to be full of the Holy Spirit and filled with the love of God.
Simply all it takes is for you to open your mouth with great pride in Christ and start sharing your story and how He saved you and got you to see and think differently. It’s truly about sharing your heart with people and telling them what Jesus means to you and why.
As believers we should ALWAYS be prepared to serve the Lord by sharing His Word and the Holy Spirit will give you the right words to speak.

(Luke 21:15)

for I will give you the right words and such wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to reply or refute you!

God called all His children to be servants of His Gospel. He equipped us through His Spirit, so what are you doing with what the Lord has given you? Are you prepared to serve, teach, preach, lead and encourage those you are trying to lead to Him? and to trust Him along the way of doing so? Even when your word for word notes are gone?

See living for Christ verses living for this world, society has taught you “that you’ve got to go for it”, “you’ve got to get everything you can”, “you’ve got to grab it”. “You’ve got to trample on people to get to the top, and pull down all that stand in your way”. But, this is not God’s way…far from it….

That’s a natural tendency for people of the world, more like a coping strategy to do what they can in their own human efforts……

to be the best, to have the best, to be the most talented, to look the most youthful, to be the richest and hold the brightest paton But that’s not how it works for the kingdom, oh no, it’s the other way around. If you want to be the first, you have to be the last.

(Mark 9:35)

Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.”

If you didn’t know already, you are God’s family, you have been set apart, you have been chosen from the beginning, and claimed from the beginning of time by God as His very own.
Think about that for just one minute

chosen –1 Peter 2:9-10

thought about –Psalm 139: 17

delivered –2 Corinthians 1:10

redeemed –Colossians 1:13-14

and shepherd by God before you ever existed!! Psalms 23:1

That’s what you call love. Yeah, His loving grace and mercy covered and established His plan for your life….His redemptive plan (Ephesians 1:7-14) by and through His Son…..God’s salvation plan for you and me, living as a believer in Him, emulating His life through the Holy Spirit!!! YES!! being able to follow Him, align ourselves to Him and for Him, and not only that but freely given a choice to obey His perfect Will, Word, and Way. Come on do you really think it can get any better with the promise of Eternal Life at the end…..Nope!! Sure can’t!!

Be Blessed……
