Kingdom First

Kingdom First – Today, Tomorrow, Everyday…

So, what is kingdom all day every day mean to you? Where is that place you go to physically & mentally every day, where you tune out the world and all of its commands and demands and just zone in on God.

(Philippians 4:4) Celebrate God all day every day. I mean revel in him!

In (Psalms 143:8} it tells us the best way to start your day – Let me hear Your loving devotion in the morning, for I have put my trust in You. Teach me the way I should walk, for to You I lift up my soul.

Do you put yourself in a position every day, all day, where you can open yourself up to be able to receive the Joy of the Lord?

That safe place where it is just you and Him, that place where you can be yourself and not be looked at or judged for the way you praise and worship Him…..In (John 15) it state’s very clearly that, if we abide in Him, we will experience His best for our lives.

When you can get to a place in your walk where you can allow yourselves to get before the Lord and just abide in His presence,  making Him the most important person in your life, where everything revolves around Him – then you know that your relationship with Him is genuine And, then you can start to bear the fruit of the Spirit, which also includes a joyful Godly life. (Psalm 91) PLEASE READ!

Kingdom first – all day, every day, is putting God’s opinion and views 1st place before seeking outside advice from anyone else, no matter how big or small the situation or circumstance (HIM) first. All He wants is for us to allow Him to be the head of our lives rather than something or someone else. (Jeremiah 29:13) You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart (Proverbs 8:17) I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.

I ask myself all the time “why is it such a struggle for people to live a life of obedience to God”, and place their hope in Him, and do all they can to please Him in this earth, and just do what He calls for them to do….. Why oh,” why is that so hard to do…. And, God said “because it’s about commitment”. About the commitment of the heart…. People say they are committed all the time with their mouth, but it’s what’s in their hearts that no one can see or examine, but Me that matters. (Jerimiah 17:10) But I, the LORD, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.”

When we rely on Him and put our trust in Him and not ourselves, we then allow Gid to do His work in our lives and show us that He is with us in every step of the way.  God says in {Exodus 20:3) “You must not have any other god but me” it’s quite obvious God wants to be the head of everything in your life, before Church, Money, Family, Friends, Job, and YES! That also includes Spouse and Children. He wants to be your number one above all else.

Think about it like this, “not having God in your life, is like having a splinter in your hand that you know is there but it cannot be pulled up to the surface and taken out. Why would anyone want to live like that……Let’s remember to put God first, above any and all things in our lives so we can live a splinter free life…. Amen!!

Be Blessed…
