As a child of God you have been Authorized! Did you know that? (Luke 10:19) Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.
Authorized, what does that mean? Well, it alludes to the power and right to give orders, make decisions, and to enforce! It’s Jesus’ Authority that is rooted in you!
Question, when you see someone with a badge, what does it mean to you? It means they are authorized right?
The badge authorizes them to do certain things, and go beyond certain points that others cannot access! It gives them authority to pull one over, drive through red lights in emergencies, haul you off to jail if they have the proper cause, etc.
What if I told you that you, too, carry a badge! But the badge you carry has more Authority and Power behind it…
The badge you carry is an indication that you belong to God and that Jesus has covered you with his blood! Furthermore, it shows that you have been empowered by the Holy Spirit!! (Luk 24:49) “And now I will send the Holy Spirit, just as my Father promised. But stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven.”
This is one badge that will never lose its purpose or meaning, but will always remain respected and revered regardless of time or distance.(Isa.46:10) From the beginning I revealed the end. From long ago I told you things that had not yet happened, saying, “My plan will stand, and I’ll do everything I intended to do.”
The Authority backing that badge Authorizes you! It Authorizes you to Bind And Loose! To Lay Hands On The Sick And They Recover! (Matt.16:19)I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”(Mark 3:15)to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons…
It is impossible to grasp the depth and scope of the Authority you have been given. It far exceeds your wildest imagination. It is untouchable, unmatched, and incomparable to any human authority on earth! (1Cor.2:9)But as Scripture says: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him.”
But!! You Must Remember!! The Authority given to you is In His Name! ….Backed By His Power and Blood! And Only Operates because you use His name (JESUS) and carry His Spirit!….. It’s in His name that gives you Authorization, Amen! (Acts 4:30) While you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”
And, know this as well… that your badge isn’t visible to the human eye like the world’s badge is. However it carries what’s needed in this world today, to get things done! And that’s guaranteed results due to unmatched Power! (John 15:7) If you live in me and what I say lives in you, then ask for anything you want, and it will be yours.
When you get to see the Lord at work right before your own eyes and witness people’s hearts change right before you, and lives get transformed because of it! It’s a life altering Spiritual moment every single time it’s witnessed! (Ezekiel 36:26) “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh”. (2 Cor.3:18)And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who is] the Spirit.
By having knowledge of your Authority in Christ and walking in it, it gives you a backbone to stand firmer than you ever have before against the enemy! You’ll even notice how your prayer life becomes more effective. (1 Cor 15:58) So then, my dear friends, stand firm and steady. Keep busy always in your work for the Lord, since you know that nothing you do in the Lord’s service is ever useless.
You know without a doubt that when you make a declaration ( By speaking it and making it known), “of what the Lord has promised you in His Word,” that it rightfully belongs to you, Amen! (Job.22:28) You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.
Believe it or not, there are so many believers in the body of Christ today, that don’t know how to use their Authority, nor do they believe they have been given His Authority to fight and win the warfare that’s going on around them, and to them. (Mrk.21:23) Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain(Obstacle in your life),‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
So, what they do is stand on the sidelines allowing the devil to do whatever he pleases in their life!
Unbelieving to what God has placed in them and equipped them with, to not only fight, but win! Believing!!! They have Victory, Power and Authority over that foe! And his power! (Eph 6:12) For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
But!!! Do they walk and live in that Authority? No! And you wonder why you see so many of God’s people being defeated! Like God hasn’t already given them the equipment to defeat him!! (Eph. 6:11) Put on all the armor that God gives you, so that you will be able to stand up against the Devil’s evil tricks.
This is the equipment; (Eph.6:14-18) So then, take your stand! Fasten truth around your waist like a belt. Put on God’s approval as your breastplate. Put on your shoes so that you are ready to spread the Good News that gives peace. At all times carry faith as a shield; for with it you will be able to put out all the burning arrows shot by the Evil One. Also take salvation as your helmet and the word of God as the sword that the Spirit supplies. Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
Y’all better stop playing when it comes to decreeing and declaring over your lives what God has already spoken into it, because it’s real! (Psalm 119:89)Your word, O LORD, will last forever; it is eternal in heaven.(1 Thes.5:24) He who calls you will do it, because he is faithful.(Psa 119:160) All you say can be trusted; your teachings are true and will last forever.
You have to start decreeing and declaring out of your mouth what God has already spoken out of His mouth, over your life, Amen!
(Psalm 119:49) Remember your promise to me, your servant; it has given me hope. (Isa. 43:26) Put Me In Remembrance! (“a”).
When you decree and declare God’s Word over your life as a son or daughter, you demand your rights to be activated “NOW,” that whatever you need is already yours, “NOW,” Amen! (1 John 5:14) And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.
If you know that peace is something that the Lord has PROMISED to you in His Word, you pray a declaration that peace is YOURS, and claim it! If you know that fear and stress belongs to the devil, you demand fear and stress to leave you, NOW! In Jesus name!
Show him who’s in charge! Step on the enemy’s neck! Don’t allow him to get away with ANYTHING, Amen!
The Enemy is not your friend! If he hates our Father, guess what, he hates his children as well! He knows that we who hold God’s Power are the ones who can defeat him at every turn………..If You Believe!!!
So, Yes! Remind the enemy that you have been given Authority over him, and show the hand of God’s Power over Him every time he tries you! Just tell him….
“ Foe, I know I don’t have to remind you of who My Father is, because you already know!
So, with that being said, In the name of Jesus! I command you to flee right now!
No longer will I allow you to make me think that the promises of God don’t belong to me!
No longer will I give you room to play with my thoughts, concerning “What God Said in His Word Isn’t So, or for me!”
And, in the name of Jesus I Claim all that He has spoken into my life Now!! In Jesus Name, Amen! (Job 22:28) “You will declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.
Once you gain the understanding that your fight isn’t against people, but against things of another realm, the faster you’ll start to see it for what it is! And that’s the devil always at work.(Ephesians 6:12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
The Spiritual Warfare spoken about in that scripture is a topic we’ll talk about another time…. because it’s one that many believers like to avoid.
It’s a topic they don’t want to think about, as if it doesn’t exist…
There are those who prefer to ignore it, relying on the old saying that ignorance is bliss. But, how can we defend ourselves or fight for God’s kingdom, if we remain blind to the truth? Turning a blind eye to what’s going on around us doesn’t make it any less real, it only makes us less prepared, Amen! (1 Pet 5:8) Be alert, be on watch! Your enemy, the Devil, roams around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
