(Pt 2) - Imposter Alert

Imposter Alert (Pt 2) Heaven Or Hell…You Choose…

In light of the last post,  “Imposter Alert”, (Pt 1) “that speaks on, “Paying Attention To Your Thoughts, And Understanding How Life Is Different Without Jesus Christ.”

In this segment of “Imposter Alert” (Pt 2), we’ll continue on with, “Why Following Christ Is So Crucial As A Whole.”

Question, would you be able to recall the way your life was before you came to Christ, yet alone your thought life?

As you realize just how messed up you really were living without Christ, you now see what an extraordinary blessing it was when He called you by name, and you responded to that call! And how, He embraced your YES! With open, loving, and accepting arms, Amen! (Gal 2:20) My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Now, as a  believer, you begin to find out the truth about the Kingdom (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) and what He purposes for “YOU” personally as a believer in Christ! You can now see a lot clearer what He desires for those still lost!  And, you start to have a whole new outlook! A whole new dedication! And, obligation that must be met by you! In total obedience and faith! (1 Cor 10:31) Well, whatever you do, whether you eat or drink, do it all for God’s glory.

You can no longer say, “ you weren’t privy,” to His precepts, concepts, and ways anymore! You’re now being held responsible for all the information you have rightfully been taught! (John 6:32) And you will know the truth [regarding salvation], and the truth will set you free [from the penalty of sin].”

And, now that you’ve experienced what His true LOVE looks like for yourself, and have now gained the knowledge of His “ultimate goal,”  which is reaching those that are still lost and misguided, bringing them into the light of who He is! There is no more running and hiding from the truth of God’s Word! You must do as He said, and GO!  (Mark 16:15) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Go, with a discipling mindset, of teaching, reaching, and baptising, as you’re being led! Amen. (Matthew 28:19-20) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Nevertheless, even as a believer, it’s still your choice, to obey, submit, and go!

Don’t forget that when you said “yes,” that “yes,” came from within! Yes, from the inside out! Amen. It all begins by saying “yes” from the bottom of your heart, and following through with a lifetime of obedience in your actions and decisions! (James 1:22) Obey God’s message! Don’t fool yourselves by just listening to it. Your “yes” extends to accepting the good , the bad, and the ugly, including those you will encounter along the way!

On that journey you are going to encounter people who are going to have questions like, “ Why, if He’s a loving God would He allow pain and suffering”  and, “Why do you say, Christianity is the one and only way to God.” Be prepared! (1 Peter. 3:16) But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.

The truth is this, an unbeliever is an unbeliever for a reason! It’s because they don’t believe what they have heard about Jesus, or how He was sent by God to reconnect us with Himself, after the sin of Adam and Eve. Their problem is, His existence! That’s what they reject! It’s not what they think they know about Him.

An unbeliever finds it hard to believe that, because of the sin of Adam and Eve that caused a disconnection, that it can only take His Son, His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to be the Savior for all mankind to reconnect us, and none other could have done it! (John 14:6) Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

When Satan knows that you are no longer on his team and you’re now trying to reach those that are still lost and without understanding concerning God’s Word, he will send all he has to derail you from doing so. He is always looking for a believer to become tired or be found  in some kind of weakened state so he can subtly move right on in with fear and doubt. So, you must remain strong and your feet must remain solidly planted! (James.4:7) Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Arbitrarily, somewhere along your journey, your relationship with Jesus becomes less and less first place and you then turn your back on God and your faith.

The question is — why?  Was it because your quote on quote “Christian life” got too hard, or was it that God wasn’t moving fast enough concerning your prayer requests…..so, you go looking for something more satisfying to the flesh…..(Gal 4:9) So now that you know God (or should I say, now that God knows you), why do you want to go back again and become slaves once more to the weak and useless spiritual principles of this world?

Disregarding all the information you now possess about the Father and His Kingdom, you still allowed yourself to get bamboozled by the devil! Your enemy! You allowed him to whisper in your ear and confuse you with lies!  Now you’ve done a total 360 degree turn! Going back to where you used to be! Oh, No! (Proverbs 26:11) As a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his foolishness.

Now that you have put yourself in a  worse off position than you were before you knew Him (Why Worse!) Because you’re now no  longer ignorant, or uneducated, about Him … You once had an excuse, but no longer! Not with all that truth you hold concerning Him!

The Facts Concerning An Unbeliever

Truth be told, unbelievers are ignorant and uneducated about God’s Word.
They don’t have a clue about God or His kingdom. Their only action is to assume or ride on the coattail of someone else. Since they are a part of this world, they have come up with their own theories and scenarios! (Romans 8:5) Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.

The unbeliever can’t understand the logic behind God’s Grace or Mercy. They think everything happens because of the universe. In their minds, every circumstance is caused by the universe. They say things like, “The universe this, the universe that.” Their mindset is limited to, “Good luck, bad luck, coincidences, and sheer luck.” (1 Cor.2:14) But the natural [unbelieving] man does not accept the things [the teachings and revelations] of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness [absurd and illogical] to him; and he is incapable of understanding them, because they are spiritually discerned and appreciated, [and he is unqualified to judge spiritual matters]. (Ephesians 4:18) being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their heart;

Can we agree as believers there’s no such thing as “Luck!”

Unbelievers don’t believe in Heaven or Hell. They believe when they die, their existence will end. They don’t believe in eternal life. They believe they’ll remain where they’re laid at their time of death forever, and that’s not true! (John.3:36)He who believes and trusts in the Son and accepts Him [as Savior] has eternal life [that is, already possesses it]; but he who does not believe the Son and chooses to reject Him, [disobeying Him and denying Him as Savior] will not see [eternal] life, but [instead] the wrath of God hangs over him continually.”

As a Believer or not, when you die your Spirit man will reside somewhere and that somewhere is either going to be with God or with Satan – Heaven or Hell! Your physical body will fade away, but your Spirit man will live forever! (Ecclesiastes 12:7) Our bodies will return to the dust of the earth, and the breath of life will go back to God, who gave it to us. (Please also read (Luke 16:19-31)

Unbelievers believe that their humanistic beliefs are enough, their pagan gods are enough, and their rituals are enough!  That’s pure insanity! While they may not be following Christ, one thing is for sure: they’re following someone! Those who refuse to follow Christ are following Satan!

There are only two systems operating in this world and those two systems are Light and Darkness, The Kingdom of Light (God) or the Kingdom of Darkness (Satan)! There is no in-between And the choice is theirs…

Today, it’s not uncommon to hear and read about former Christ followers who turned away from Jesus and the Word of God, only to become Muslims, Israelites, Five Percenters, or even Atheists! Following a  religion that makes them appear and sound foolish! (Matthew 24:10-12) And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other.  And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold.

Would it be fair to say that a person who once believed in Christ, who has now turned against Him and renounced their faith, never had belief or faith in God’s Word in the first place? (1John.2:19)They went out from us [seeming at first to be Christians], but they were not really of us [because they were not truly born again and spiritually transformed]; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out [teaching false doctrine], so that it would be clearly shown that none of them are of us.

A person who has turned their back on God the Father, their faith, and is now denying Jesus Christ, and saying things like, “They don’t believe in the Bible anymore, ” or “There has to be more than one way to God, ” or “That the Bible contradicts itself!”…. obviously has never been taught how to read, understand, or rightfully divide the Word of God!l To say those things!
(Tim 2:15) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Ultimately! You have to be the one who wants the change. The one who wants to submit, surrender and live a disciplined life unto the Lord, and be led by the Holy Spirit, Amen! (Revelation 20:15) Those whose names were not found in the Book of Life were thrown into the fiery lake….. The scene is the final judgment, with every person—great and small—standing before Christ’s throne (Revelation 20:12). No one is exempt. (Romans 14:10-12) reminds us, “we will all stand before God’s judgment seat,” and (Acts 17:31) says God “has set a day when He will judge the world with justice.”

Be Blessed….
